NSD7312 Brushed DC Motor Driver Single H-Bridge Datasheet (EN) 1.5 Product Overview The device NSD7312 is a brushed-DC motor H-bridge driver for Automotive VCU/OBC charger inlet locking, and industrial market including printer, appliance, robotics or other small machines application.

Two logic inputs control the H-bridge driver consisted of four N-channel MOSFETs.

The device can control motors bidirectionally with up to 3.6A peak current.
