NST118 High-Accuracy, Low-Power Temperature Sensor with SMBus and I2C Interface Datasheet (EN) 1.2 Product Overview Applications The NST118 is a low-power, high accuracy digital temperature sensor compatible with SMBus and I2C interfaces, and supports 4 device addresses, and provides SMBus reset and alert functions. The device operates in the power supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.6V, and offers typical accuracy of 0.1°C from 25°C to 45°C and maximum accuracy of 1°C in the full temperature range -40°C to 125°C. The NST118 on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides resolution down to 0.0625°C. It is highly linear and does not require complex calculations or lookup tables to derive temperature.
