NST103 Low-Power Temperature Sensor with SMBus and I2C Interface Datasheet (EN) 1.2 Product Overview Applications The NST103 is a 1.5V to 3.6V micropower digital temperature  sensor with a 1°C resolution. The device is specified at the full temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.  The NST103 communicates through a flexible 2-wire digital  interface which is compatible with SMBus and I2C and  supports 8 device addresses. The device offers a typical  accuracy of 1°C, it is highly linear and does not require complex calculations or lookup tables to derive  temperature.  NST103 has a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (DABGA),  making it suitable for on-board and off-line applications in the automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.  applications in the IoT.
