Features
- of the MSM6650 family devices are as follows.
- MSM6652/53/54/55/56-xxx These devices are single-chip voice synthesizers with an on-chip mask ROM using the CMOS technology. Standalone Mode or Microcontroller Interface Mode can be selected by mask option.
- MSM6652A/53A/54A/55A/56A/58A-xxx The trial production period for these devices is shorter than those described above. These devices are suitable for developing prototype models and concept demonstration of new products.
