Overview
The MSM66573 family of highly functional CMOS 16-bit single chip microcontrollers utilize the nX-8/500S, Oki's proprietary CPU core. A wide variety of internal multi-functioned timers provide timer functions such as compare out, capture, event counter, auto reload, and PWM, and can be used for periodic and timed measurements.
