  • Output on-resistance (High side : 0.6Ω ; Low side : 0.4Ω ; total : 1.0Ω ; Ta = 25°C, IO = 1.5A).
  • Micro step mode can be set to full-step, half-step (full torque), half-step, and quarter-step mode.
  • Built-in thermal shutdown circuit.
