BD18353EFV-M General Description

BD18353EFV-M/MUF-M is a 1ch LED Controller. High side current detection amplifier is built-in. PWM dimming duty can be freely set with built-in PWM generation circuit. PWM dimming realizes by driving an external P-ch MOSFET. Outputs abnormal LED status to the FAULT_B pin. Two systems of analog dimmi.
