BD3021HFP Datasheet | ROHM

Description BD3020HFP BD3021HFP is a regulator IC with integrated WDT (Watch Dog Timer), high output voltage accuracy ±2.0 % and 80 µA (Typ) low circuit current consumption. These are supports usage of low ESR ceramic capacitor for output stability. The reset detection voltage can be adjusted by connecting resistors on the Vs terminal (BD3020HFP). They can be a stable power supply for any applications while detecting malfunction of microcontrollers.
