Description

BD65B60 is a white LED driver IC that integrates PWM step-up DC/DC converter with boost-capability of up to maximum 28.5V and current driver with drive capability of up to 25mA(Typ.) maximum setting.

Features

High efficiency PWM step-up DC/DC converter fSW1 = 1.1MHz(Typ. ), fSW2 = 0.60MHz(Typ. ).
High accuracy & good matching current drivers (2ch).
Soft Start function.
Drives up to 8 LEDs in series per channel.
Lower input voltage range requirement (2.7V to 5.5V).
