ev 2.00 November 3, 2009 The Intersil ISL54060 and ISL54061 devices are a low ON-resistance, low voltage, bi-directional, dual single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch. It is designed to operate from a single +1.8V to +6.5V supply and pass signals that swing down to 6.5V below the positive supply rail. Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rON (0.56low power consumption (8nA) and fast switching speeds (tON = 55ns, tOFF = 18ns).
