ISL54505 Description
Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rON resistance (2.5), excellent rON flatness (0.6, and fast switching speeds (tON = 25ns, tOFF = 15ns). The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS patible when using a single +3V supply. Cell phones, for example, often face ASIC functionality limitations.
