RTC7625HE Description
The RTC7625HE is a plete WLAN RF front-end module which provides all the functionality of the power amplifier, power detector, filter, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch, and low noise amplifier. With all the critical matching integrated, the module is easy to be used in WLAN applications. The device is packaged in a pact 16L QFN 3.0 mm x 3.0 mm x 1.0 mm (max).
