The RTQ2539C is a high-current (3A), low-noise (6.8VRMS), high accuracy (1% over line, load, and temperature), low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) capable of sourcing 3A with extremely low dropout (max.

Input Voltage Range: 1.1V to 6.5V.
Two Output Voltage Modes.
0.5V to 5.5V (Set by a Resistive Divider).
0.5V to 3.65V (For RTQ2539CGQV only, Set via PCB Layout, No External Resistor Required).
Accurate Output Voltage Accuracy (1%) Over Line, Load and Temperature.
PSRR: 40dB at 500kHz.
Noise Immunity.
6.8VRMS at 0.8V Output.
10VRMS at 3.3V Output.
Dropout Voltage:.
180mV Max. at 3A for VQFN-20L 3.5x3.5.
130mV Max. at 3A for WQFN-12L 2.
