General Description

The RUC9288 is an Ultra-low RDS(ON) Power Distribution Switch designed for USB applications.

The 100mΩ N-channel MOSFET power switch satisfies the voltage drop requirements of the USB specification.

  • l 100 mΩ High Side MOSFET l Distribution Voltages: 2.5V to 5.5V l Over Temperature Shutdown and Automatic Retry l Reverse Blocking (no body diode) l At shutdown, OUT can be forced higher than IN l Fault flag (OCB) output if over current, thermal shut down, reverse blocking happens. l Automatic output discharge at shutdown l Built-in softstart l 0.4ms rise time l Enable polarity High l ESD HBM 6KV.
