SGM66052 Overview
Description
The SGM66052 is an internally compensated, 1.1MHz switching frequency, current mode, synchronous stepup switching regulator, which is capable of generating 5V output at 1A load current from a 3.3V rail. This device turns into power-saving mode to maintain high efficiency by lowering switching frequency.
