Description
The SLA6805MH is a high voltage 3-phase motor
driver in which transistors and pre-drive circuits are
highly integrated.
Supplied in a ZIP23 package (heatsink type) with
selectable leadforms, the SLA6805MH offers excellent
mountability to a wide range of applications. The
product can optimally control the inverter systems of
low- to medium-capacity motors.

CMOS-compatible Input (3.3 V or 5 V)
Bare Lead Frame: Pb-free (RoHS Compliant)
Fault Signal Output
Shutdown Function
Adjustable OCP Hold Time
Protections Include:
Undervoltage Lockout for Power Supply
VBx Pin (UVLO_VB): Auto-restart
