Description
The SLA6846MH is a high voltage 3-phase motor driver in which transistors and pre-drive circuits are highly integrated. Supplied in a ZIP24 package (heatsink type) with selectable leadforms, the SLA6846MH offers excellent mountability to a wide range of applications.
