Description

The SLA6805MH is a high voltage 3-phase motor driver in which transistors and pre-drive circuits are highly integrated.

Supplied in a ZIP23 package (heatsink type) with selectable leadforms, the SLA6805MH offers excellent mountability to a wide range of applications.

Features

CMOS-compatible Input (3.3 V or 5 V).
Bare Lead Frame: Pb-free (RoHS Compliant).
Fault Signal Output.
Shutdown Function.
Adjustable OCP Hold Time.
Protections Include: Undervoltage Lockout for Power Supply VBx Pin (UVLO_VB): Auto-restart VCC1 Pin (UVLO_VCC1): Auto-restart VCC2 Pin (UVLO_VCC2): Auto-restart Overcurrent Protection (OCP): Auto-restart Typical.
