ST Sitronix ST7669 262K 132x162 Color Dot Matrix LCD Controller/Driver 1 INTRODUCTION The ST7669 is a driver & controller LSI for 262K color graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems.

It generates 396 Segment and 162 Common driver circuits.

This chip is connected directly to a microprocessor, accepts Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or 8-bit/16-bit/18-bit parallel display data and stores in an on-chip display data RAM.
