The AAT1217 is a high efficiency, synchronous, fixed frequency, step-up converter designed for single-cell or dual-cell alkaline, NiMH, or NiCd battery-powered applications.

DATA SHEET AAT1217 600mA, 1.2MHz, Micropower Synchronous Step-Up Converter General Description The AAT1217 is a high efficiency, synchronous, fixed frequency, step-up converter designed for single-cell or dual-cell alkaline, NiMH, or NiCd battery-powered applications.
