General Description

XC6218 series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes.

The series achieves very low supply current, 1.0ЖA (TYP.) and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, current limit circuit, and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.

Ultra small USP-3 and SSOT-24 packages make high density mounting possible.
