  •   The TD1484 is a monolithic synchronous buck.
  •    3A Output Current regulator. The device integrates two 90mΩ.
  •    Wide 4.75V to 23V Operating Input Range MOSFETs, and provides 3A of continuous load current.
  •    Integrated 90mΩ Power MOSFET Switches over a wide input voltage of 4.75V to 23V. Current.
  •    Output Adjustable from 0.923V to 20V mode control provides fast transient response.
  •    Up to 93% Efficiency and cycle-by-cycle current limit.
