The XE61C series is a highly precise, low power consumption voltage detector, manufactured using CMOS process and laser trimming technologies. Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift. Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available. The XE61C assures all temperature range (Ta=
