XC6506 Series ETR03126-001a Ultra-Low Supply Current Voltage Regulator (with Stand-by Function) - GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XC6506 series are positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. The series achieves Ultra low supply current, 0.8μA and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current fold-back circuit, and a phase pensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The series is also patible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, which give added output stability.
