The VSC7147-01 and VSC7147-05 contain six Port Bypass Circuits (PBCs), dual FibreTimer repeater/retimer cells, and dual Signal Detect Units (SDUs). These functions are integrated into a single part to minimize part count, cost, high-frequency routin.
