AS1323 Description
The AS1323 high-efficiency step-up DC-DC converter was designed specifically for single-cell, battery-powered devices where lowest quiescent current and high efficiency are essential. The pact device is available in three fixed-voltage variants with Vout of 2.7V, 3.0V, and 3.3V.
