The BM1430 is a current-mode step-down DC-DC converter that generates up to 3A output current at 380kHz switching frequency.

*  3A Output Current  Efficiency up to nearly 90% @+5V /3A output  +3.85V to +23V Input Range 55µA Shutdown Supply Current 380kHz Switching Frequency  Adjustable Output Voltage from 1.22V to 0.85
* VIN Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection Thermal Shutdown Protection  Frequency Fold Back

BM1430 Applications

*  TFT LCD Monitors Portable DVDs  NET CARD Telecom Power Supplies  DSL and Cable Modems and Routers LCD TV It can replace TD1410/MP9141 without change external components and PCB layout. If Vin is over 12V, if not use pin7 function , can pull-up a 100K ohm to Vin input with a pull-up resistor,
