The TPS563240 is a simple, easy-to-use, 3-A synchronous step-down regulator in SOT-23 package.

1 3-A converter integrated 70-mΩ and 30-mΩ FETs, support 3.5-A transient.
D-CAP3™ mode control with fast transient response.
Input voltage range: 4.5 V to 17 V.
Output voltage range: 0.6 V to 7 V.
Pulse-skip mode during light load operation without going below 25-kHz switching frequency.
1.4-MHz switching frequency.
Low shutdown current less than 10 µA.
1% feedback voltage accuracy (25 ºC).
