M1206 Overview
The M1206 is a 6A step-down switching mode Power SoC (System on Chip) with integrated power MOSFETs, inductor and BST capacitor in an LGA-19 package. The input voltage ranges from 4.5V to 16V, and the frequency of Power SoC can be fixed at either 600kHz or 1.2MHz. The M1206 provides high efficiency, fast transient response and good loop stability with Constant On Time (COT) control mode.
