The M1206 is a 6A step-down switching mode Power SoC (System on Chip) with integrated power MOSFETs, inductor and BST capacitor in an LGA-19 package. The input voltage ranges from 4.5V to 16V, and the frequency of Power SoC can be fixed at either 600.
