Trench Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifier encapsulated in
a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

Low leakage current due to Trench MEGA Schottky technology
