* Programmable RF output power: up to 15dBm
* Low power consumption: RX:12mA, TX:20mA@0dBm
* Supply voltage 2.2 ~ 3.6V
* Programmable data rate up to 150kbps
* No external SAW Filter
* Optional RTC function
