* Superscalar 603e Core
* Integer Unit (IU), Floating-Point Unit (FPU) (User Enabled or Disabled), Load/Store Unit (LSU), System Register Unit (SRU), and a Branch Processing Unit (BPU)
* 16-Kbyte Instruction Cache

PC8240 Applications
