* The AP2138/2139 series have 1.2V, 1.4V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V and 4.0V fixed output voltage versions. The AP2138 series is available in SOT-23-3 and SOT89 packages, AP2139 series is available in SOT-23-5 package.
