* High Accuracy Output Voltage: +/- 1.5% EN input connected to CMOS has low bias current. The Guaranteed 300mA Output space-saving SOT-23 and SOT-89 package is attractive for Input Range up to 7.0V “Pocket” and “Hand Held” applications.
