1.5MHz 600mA Synchronous Step-Down Converter CE8502 Series INTRODUCTION: The CE8502 is a 1.5MHz constant frequency, slope compensated current mode PWM synchronous step-down converter. High switching frequency allows the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode.
