MOC3052-M 6-PIN DIP RANDOM-PHASE OPTOISOLATOR

The MOC3051-M and MOC3052-M consist of a AlGaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a non-zero-crossing silicon bilateral AC switch (triac).
