HT1632C 32´8 & 24´16 LED Driver .
The HT1632C is a memory mapping LED display controller/driver, which can select a number of ROW and commons.

HT1632C Features

* Operating voltage: 2.4V~5.5V
* Multiple LED display - 32 ROW /8 COM and
* Integrated 256kHz RC oscillator
* Serial MCU interface - CS, RD, WR, DATA
* Data mode & command mode instruction

HT1632C Applications

* Selectable NMOS open drain output driver and 24 ROW & 16 COM
* Integrated display RAM - select 32 ROW & 8 COM for 64´4 display RAM, or select 24 ROW & 16 COM for 96´4 display RAM
* 16-level PWM brightness control PMOS open drain output driver for commons
* 52-pin QFP package Ap
