Description

The IT7612 is a high efficiency step-down DC/DC converter series with the output current up to 2A and incorporates low on-resistance NMOS at the high side.

Features

listed is a high performance trans-conductance error amplifier that provides tight voltage regulation and accuracy under transient conditions. Embedded is Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) circuit to prevent the device start-up under 4.5V input voltage threshold. In addition, it features an over-current protection and thermal shutdown.
