IZ6450A General Description

IZ6450A, IZ6451A DOT MATRIX LCD DRIVER IZ6450/IZ6451 are dot matrix LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) drivers, designed for the display of characters and graphics. The drivers generate LCD drive signals derived from bit mapped data stored in an internal RAM. Design of ICs driver provides very low power.
