MP2040DU General Description

The MP2040 is a very low dropout, dual supply linear regulator. The use of two supplies allows the BIAS to control an NMOS device. The NMOS device supplies power to the load via the IN. In this way the input supply can be just above the desired output, yet still provide very good regulation performa.
