The MPM3698 is a fully integrated, single peak 120A or dual peak 80A + 40A power module with PMBus and AVSBus.
Features
- MPS’s proprietary digital, multi-phase nonlinear control scheme to provide ultra-fast transient response to load transients with a minimal number of output capacitors. With only one power loop control method for both steady state and load transient, the power loop compensation is very easy to configure. The MPM3698 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components. It is available in a thermally enhanced BGA (15mmx30mmx5.18mm) package.
