MAP7154 800mA Buck Converter

The MAP7154 is synchronous buck converter for 3G, 3.5G and 4G RFPA (RF Power Amplifier). The MAP7154 can operate at 6MHz switching frequency and has 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range, 800mA output current capability. The MAP7154 has three output modes. In Seep mode, output regulation is not required .
