REG200RHA 1.8V 200 mA Linear Voltage Regulator ATMX150RHA Introduction REG200RHA is a radiation-hardened linear voltage regulator including Power-on-Reset (POR) and Power Fail Detector (PFD) capability.

It operates between 3V to 5.5V and provides a fixed 1.8V output voltage while sourcing up to 200 mA of load current.

A 470 nF external capacitor has to be connected to the regulator output VOUT to ensure stability and noise rejection.
