M63800FP 7-UNIT 500mA SOURCE TYPE DARLINGTON TRANSISTOR ARRAY WITH CLAMP DIODE

M63800FP is a seven-circuit output-sourcing Darlington transistor array. The circuits are made of PNP and NPN transistors.
