NEe Jl.PD650 4-81T SINGLE CHIP MICROCOMPUTER OESCR IPTION The pPD650 is a pCOM·43 4·bit single chip microcomputer manufactured with a low·power·consumption CMOS process, allowing use of a single +5V power supply. The pPD650 provides all of the hardware features of the pCOM·43 family, and exe· cutes all 80 instructions of the pCOM·43 instruction set.
