It also incorporates an 8-times oversampling digital ﬁlter and analog, post-converter lowpass ﬁlters.

The SM5878AM/AV has digital deemphasis ﬁlter, attenuator, and soft mute circuits built-in.

Doublespeed operation and low-voltage operation are also supported.
