LC709209F Battery Fuel Gauge

I2C Data pin (open drain). Pull *up must be done externally. I2C Clock pin (open drain). Pull *up must be done externally. This pin indicates an alarm by a low output (open drain). Pull *up must be done externally. Keep this pin OPEN when not in use. Connect this pin to the batt.
