Internal high side nmos fet boot strap capacitor Equivalent Circuit VIN CBOOT SW Low side MOS 2 VIN Input Voltage Pin. Large Filter Capacitor ( equal or larger than 20μF) should be connected between VIN and GND to eliminate noise on the input and to operate properly. See BOOT 3 SW Power S.
