The MC74HC574A inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pull up resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. The MC74HCT574A may be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to High Speed CMOS inputs. Data meeting the set up time is clocke.
