NCP4680 150 mA, Low Noise Low Dropout Regulator The NCP4680 is a CMOS linear voltage regulator with 150 mA output current capability. The device is available in a tiny 0.8x0.8 mm XDFN, and has high output voltage accuracy, low supply current and high ripple rejection.
